We’re a London-based independent music publisher specialising in electronic and indie, rock and pop music.
What we do comes from being at the intersection between creativity and business services. We like to call it Publishing Logistics – enabling creative people to do what they do best while we take care of the business side of their musical creations (copyrights).
The bedrock of Publishing Logistics is administration for songwriters and other copyright owners – from registering works, collecting royalties, setting up publishing entities for writers and labels, assisting with contractual matters and advising other aspects regarding a writer’s copyrights.
Our creative services are something we’re also very passionate about – including synchronisation, procuring co-writes and co-production work, and other music licensing opportunities.
We pride ourselves on a proactive and innovative approach, with a keen ear for finding great new music and a keen eye for harnessing great new technology.
We’re always on the lookout for new writers, catalogues and music users to work with, so feel to get in touch with us to find out more about what we do and how we may be able to work together.
We are proud to announce another new signing to the Reprise Publishing roster – Shox
Those in tune to London’s number one grass-roots station Rinse FM will have heard of 25 year old James Morreale aka Shox before, mainly due in part to his regular appearances on the station as a DJ. But aside form his pinpoint selecting and grand taste, the man has been busy this year carving a name for himself in the production game, and what a year it has been.
His sound consists of bold and industrial basslines which has fast become his signature sound paired with edgy, fast flowing percussion and he’s know for his huge kick drums. Support has been widespread and diverse for the Hackney kid with major tastemakers such as Mary Anne Hobbs, Zed Bias, Crookers, Brodinksi, Mistajam, Untold, Zinc and Toddla T and more adopting his tracks and mixes religiously.
Not to mention he runs his own label Hundred2ONE Recordings showcasing his own sounds and new producers to the scene. His latest offering the ‘Battlestar EP’ out on fellow Rinse and UK heavyweight Roska’s label Kicks and Snares did damage worldwide and cemented Shox as a rising force in the bass scene.
We are proud to announce another new signing to the Reprise Publishing roster – Jo-s
Drum and Bass veteran Jo-s has been active in the electronic music industry since 1995. His start began in the New York City scene where he cultivated a highly respected following as a DJ and Producer. In 2001 he re-located to Los Angeles where his talents began to manifest in a myriad of ways. His tenure solidified his position as a professional, internationally recognised artist who is currently gaining notoriety for his vocal aesthetic.
“When these guys aren’t rocking the bar with their broad selection of Soul, Rare Groove, Disco, Dusty House, Reggae they are kept busy running Soho record store Sounds of The Universe, home of Soul Jazz Records. Sit back, press play and get in the know!”
We are proud to announce another new signing to the Reprise Publishing roster – Clarity
This Cornwall-based artist has been making bold moves in the scene. Having stumbled upon drum n bass music at the age of 14, within two years Clarity managed to write music that was immediately picked up by respected labels such as Med School, Horizons, Nu Directions, 31, and the mighty Exit Records imprint.
With a sound that is both melodic and easy to listen to at home, while still appropriate for the dancefloors big and small. Support comes from the likes of dBridge, Alix Perez, Icicle, SpectraSoul, Doc Scott, Jubei, FD, Loxy, Skeptical.
With upcoming releases on Samurai Horo, Nu Directions and Exit 2012 looks set to be a big year for Clarity.
We are proud to announce another new signing to the Reprise Publishing roster – J.Robinson
London is constantly providing fresh new underground talents and J.Robinson is not exeption to that rule. The fresh newcomer from North London has not long become one of the recognised figures of the deep electronic underground scene.
J has already had notable releases on Renegade Hardware, Voodoo Music and DJ Ink’s Architecture Recordings. His range is impeccable and includes dark old school vibes, vibrant percussive vibes and the more avant-garde. J.Robinson has also recently launched his own imprint Tribe12 Music Ltd. He’s already supported by the leading figures of Dubtep & Drum & Bass and his track The Maasai plays a special part is Icicle’s Rinse 19 mix.
London DJ/producer jozif has music in his blood, but it never came easy. He’s the self-professed least talented brother in a family whose passion for music descends directly from a father that made drumming his career. It’s been hard work, then, that has led him to the point where he’s now releasing on labels like Wolf + Lamb, Infine and Culprit as well as his own imprint Fist or Finger—an outfit co-run with Craig Richards. That, and an infectious personality that shines through on this laugh-heavy edition of the RA Exchange. Along the way, we touch on his approach to edits, his hard dance past and why the personal touch is the way to every promoter’s heart.

We are proud to announce another new signing to the Reprise publishing roster – Thefft
Another frighteningly young producer with a sound as fresh as it is mature is a certain Jack Robertson, aka THEFFT.
Thefft’s industrial techno edge, supported by a classic, floor-friendly, groove-strong disco atmosphere, has quickly become his signature sound, a style that is going to see him in good stead. His productions contain the soul of New York in the body of Berlin with a London Mind.
Support has been widespread already, with some of dance’s most respected figures already firing his tracks in their sets. Thefft’s tracks have been heard in the mixes of Oneman, Loefah, Distal, Disclosure, Melé – and Zed Bias is such a fan, he invited him to the studio to write a track, which is forthcoming on his next Maddslinky album.
He’s already released on the respected net label Cut, and expect to see releases forthcoming on Distal & Mite’s Embassy Recordings as well as a 12″ on Damu’s new Label, Fulcrum Records, which is already garnering an impressive roster of new talent. These aren’t the only labels to be sniffing round the young Londoner… Thefft is gonna be committing some serious crimes in the near future.
An excellent guest mix for Mary Anne Hobbs on her prestigious XFM show is an excellent map to his sound.
